Clever Logistics was born out of frustration — not a business plan. As a commercial AV integrator operating in BC since 2018, we do subcontract work for companies across Canada. Again and again, we watched the same problems play out on job sites: equipment arriving with no labels, no serial numbers logged, no one knowing which box goes to which room. DOA devices discovered during commissioning. Firmware updates eating hours of install time on site. It was always the same story.
The root cause was always the same too — the gear had been shipped directly to site or left at a storage facility where nobody understood AV. No one had checked it, documented it, or prepared it. So we built Clever Logistics to be the thing that was always missing: a BC-based staging operation run by people who actually know what a DSP is, what firmware version a codec needs, and why rack weight distribution matters.
